The 10yo dog found the baby kangaroo lost on a motorway near Victoria, Australia and decide to take care of it. Rex, the German short-haired pointer cross, was with its owner when they came across a dead kangaroo. The dog had found the four-month-old joey in the pouch of the mother and took it home. �He obviously sensed the baby roo was still alive in the pouch and somehow had gently grabbed it by the neck, gently retrieved it and brought it to me,� said the owner. Harper’s Christmas message warns of `difficult’ new year
